Biggest changes:

• Token Service Provider as new role, which can take liability towards enforcing the underlying asset which is represented as token, beside the Token Generator alone (technical solution only)

• Token Issuers for self issuances are not required to register anymore and have reduced compliance requirements

• New roles VT Asset Manager for Crypto Assets and Token Loan Company
